And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint (Luke 18:1)
Someone once said, “I have a lot to do in a very short amount of time; leaves me very little time to pray. So I only pray for five minutes in the morning because I always have a busy day.” This is a big mistake.
Never skip or reduce your time of fellowship with the Lord for other things, that you might consider "important". The wisdom, guidance, and strength you need to succeed comes from the Lord.
Always remember.
When you are so busy, you need to pray. In fact, at these times you need to pray more because you need spiritual help to get results in less time and in the best way. Rather than feeling too busy to pray, a wise person will say, "I have so much to do that I need to spend more time in prayer." You will receive an energy and inspiration boost that will give you speed.
Jesus said that people should always pray and not faint (Luke 18:1), letting us know that we were created to pray. It's something God built into the human system. . In other words, there will always be a need for such spiritual fellowship with God.
Through such fellowship we can be edified, encouraged, guided, and receive the mercy, grace, and intervention of God the Lord in our circumstances. You shouldn't just want to pray, you should always pray.
We don't just pray because we need a miracle; we pray because we are in a loving relationship with a truly loving Heavenly Father.
