God is Great: Daily Devotional

God is Great: Daily Devotional

"Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom." - Psalm 145:3 (NIV)

As Christians, we have the privilege of serving a great God. His greatness is beyond our comprehension, and it's something that we can never fully understand. Our God is infinite, all-powerful, and all-knowing. He created the universe with a word and sustains it by His will. He knows every detail about our lives, and His plans for us are perfect.

When we focus on the greatness of our God, it puts all our problems into perspective. No matter what we're going through, we can trust that God is greater than our circumstances. He has the power to heal, restore, and provide. He is faithful to His promises and will never leave us nor forsake us.

As we go about our day, let us remember that God is great. Let us worship Him in spirit and truth, giving Him the praise and honor He deserves. When we encounter difficulties, let us turn to Him and trust that He will work all things together for our good. Let us never forget that our God is great, and nothing is impossible for Him.

Prayer:

Dear God, thank you for your greatness. Help us to see you as you truly are, infinite, all-powerful, and all-knowing. Give us the faith to trust in you, even in difficult times. We praise you for your faithfulness to your promises, and we give you all the honor and glory. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Are You Being Led by the Spirit?: Daily Devotional

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Romans 8:14 (KJV) Being led by the Spirit of God depends on knowing the voice of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a person, meaning that He is a divine personality having the attributes of a person. Therefore, He speaks, sees, feels, and expresses feelings as we do (John 16:13-14). He only speaks the Word of God, so it's easy to hear his voice as you meditate on the scriptures daily. Constantly feeding on God's Word and meditating on it daily builds your heart and makes it easier for you to listen to  when He speaks to you. When he speaks, you will feel it in your spirit and know that he is speaking to you; it is an experience that can be confirmed with the Word of God. Knowing how to be led by the Spirit is part of maturity, and God wants each of His children to be led by His Spirit. If you are led by the Spirit of God you will not be disappointed; You will always experience peace, joy, prosperity and vi...

The Peace Of The Lord - Daily Devotional

“ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. “ - John 14:27   - INSPIRATION - The good Lord we serve has promised us his peace. No matter what the enemy brings in our way, in this world, we still have the promise of our God. He will not leave us either forsaking us. So don't worry when you go through all manner of troubles and crises, He will deliver us from them all and give us eternal peace.  When you have no strength to fight your adversary the Lord will battle for you and you will hold your peace.  The Prince of peace is with us, for the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but his kindness shall not depart from us, neither shall his covenant of peace be removed from his people. Our God is a covenant keeping God, he will not break his covenant with his people. The Almighty God has a covenant of peace with his people, and he will give us peace ...
