As Christ Is Today, So Are You! - Daily Devotional

Bible Verse: - On the Day of Judgment, the love between us was made boldly. As He is, so are we in this world. - 1 John 4:17

 - Inspiration -

It is good to know that God does not judge or judge you by your accomplishments today. I see it. Here's what he said: New Testament believers do not have to fear the Day of Judgment because all our sins were fully judged on the cross. As Jesus is, so are we! Healing, blessing, and abundance were with him wherever he went. But his words are not so. It says "like Jesus" (note the use of the present tense). In other words, we are in this world now. What a powerful revelation! Think of where Jesus is today. The Bible teaches: He [God] raised him [Jesus] from the dead and placed him at his right hand in heaven.

He is above all principalities and authorities and powers and dominions and above all names, not only in this world, but also in the world to come. He put all things under his feet and, above all, gave the head of the church—Ephesians1:20-23 Today Jesus is seated at the right hand of his Father and has been given authority and power. If I were you, I would spend time meditating on this verse. Because the Bible teaches who we are. Think of Jesus as like us, "who rules every authority and power and principality and every name." See for yourself through the Word of God. See yourself as Jesus, far above all sovereignty or authority, disease or physical condition, fear of any kind, depression or addiction. And start taking control of all the negative situations in your life today!

The Goodness of God - Daily Devotional

Verse: Psalm 100:5 (NIV) - "For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations." Devotional: Today, let us reflect on the profound truth that God is good. His goodness is not contingent on our circumstances, but it remains constant, unwavering, and eternal. In Psalm 100:5, we are reminded that the Lord's goodness is inseparable from His enduring love, and His faithfulness transcends generations. As you begin your day, consider the goodness of God in the light of your own life. Think about the moments when His goodness has been evident, whether through answered prayers, unexpected blessings, or moments of divine guidance. God's goodness surrounds us, and even in challenges, there is a purpose that unfolds through His love. In times of joy, acknowledge the goodness of God with gratitude. In times of trial, trust in His goodness, knowing that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Take a ...

What is the favor of God, and how can I get it? - Bible Teachings

The concept of the favor of God is found throughout the Bible, and it generally refers to God's kindness, grace, and blessings bestowed upon individuals. Here are some key teachings on the favor of God and how to attain it: 1. Seek God's Will: Proverbs 3:5-6 advises us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and not rely on our understanding. When we seek and align ourselves with God's will, we are more likely to receive His favor. 2. Humility: The Bible often emphasizes the importance of humility. In James 4:6, it is said that God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Humility opens the way for God's favor in our lives. 3. Faith: Hebrews 11:6 teaches that without faith, it's impossible to please God. Trusting in God's promises and having faith in His goodness can attract His favor. 4. Obedience: God's favor is often linked to obedience to His commandments. Deuteronomy 28:1-2 states that if we diligently obey the voice of the Lord, H...

His Plans Are Good - Daily Devotional

Verse: Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Devotional: Today, let us take comfort in the assurance that our heavenly Father has plans for us, plans that are filled with goodness and hope. It's easy to become anxious or uncertain about the future, but God's Word reminds us that His intentions for our lives are nothing short of remarkable. In Jeremiah 29:11, we discover a promise that speaks directly to our hearts. God is not a distant observer of our lives; He is intimately involved, and His plans for us are purposeful. Even when circumstances appear challenging, we can trust that God's intentions are for our ultimate well-being. In times of uncertainty, we often question what the future holds. However, God invites us to place our trust in Him, the One who knows the end from the beginning. As we do so, we can find peace in the know...
