Protection From Evil - Daily Devotional

Protection From Evil - Daily Devotional

Isaiah 41:10 ESV - fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

- INSPIRATION -

God is always with us, no matter how the devil attacks us we must understand that God is ever ready to protect us from all his evil destructions.

The child of God is highly protected if he or she dwells under the shelter of the Most High God where they are protected from any deadly disease sent by the enemy as well as hidden traps. The shield and the buckle of the Lord Jesus cover them from the arrows that fly by the day and the terror of the night.

Many are the weapons of the enemy against the beloved of God but the Lord will not allow any of them to prosper over them. For he is with them wherever they go.

Our God is faithful, for he will affirm you and guard you against the evil one. So that you will not fall into any of the snares of the enemy. For he will lead you in the righteous paths for his name’s sake. This assures us that even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of the dead, we will fear no evil, for he is with us.

Today may the Almighty God protect you from any evil that comes your way. Though you may walk through trouble today, may he preserve your life and stretch out his hand against the wrath of the enemy and deliver you in Jesus' name Amen.

His Plans Are Good - Daily Devotional

Verse: Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Devotional: Today, let us take comfort in the assurance that our heavenly Father has plans for us, plans that are filled with goodness and hope. It's easy to become anxious or uncertain about the future, but God's Word reminds us that His intentions for our lives are nothing short of remarkable. In Jeremiah 29:11, we discover a promise that speaks directly to our hearts. God is not a distant observer of our lives; He is intimately involved, and His plans for us are purposeful. Even when circumstances appear challenging, we can trust that God's intentions are for our ultimate well-being. In times of uncertainty, we often question what the future holds. However, God invites us to place our trust in Him, the One who knows the end from the beginning. As we do so, we can find peace in the know...

Walking By Faith - Daily Devotional

Verse: "For we walk by faith, not by sight." - 2 Corinthians 5:7 (ESV) Devotional: As Christians, our journey is one of faith. We are called to walk by faith, not by what we see or understand with our natural senses. This can be both a challenging and a rewarding path. Walking by faith means trusting in God's promises even when circumstances seem uncertain or difficult. It means believing that God's plan is greater than our understanding. Imagine walking in a dense fog, unable to see more than a few steps ahead. In life, we often face situations where we can't see the road ahead clearly. It's during these moments that our faith is put to the test. But just as a person walking in the fog relies on each step they take, we can rely on God with every step we take in our faith journey. The Bible tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). It's like having a confident assurance in God's promises e...

Happiness - Daily Devotional

Bible Verse: "This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it." - Psalm 118:24 Happiness is something that we all desire and seek in our lives. It is a feeling of contentment, joy, and satisfaction. As Christians, we know that our ultimate source of happiness is God. However, sometimes in our daily lives, we can get caught up in the challenges and struggles we face, and we forget to be happy and grateful for what we have. The Bible verse above reminds us that every day is a gift from God, and we should rejoice and be glad in it. No matter what we may face in our daily lives, we can always find something to be grateful for and something to be happy about. It could be something as small as a beautiful sunrise, a kind word from a friend, or a moment of peace in our hearts. As Christians, we have the assurance that no matter what we face, God is with us, and He will never leave us or forsake us. This should bring us great joy and happiness, even in the mids...
