God knows You: Daily Devotional

“Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” Jeremiah 1:4-5 (KJV)

Ignorance of God's Word leads to unhappiness. No wonder God's children experience so much tribulation because they lack the knowledge of His Word (Hosea 4:6). The prophet Jeremiah needed to be encouraged and strengthened by the knowledge of God's word before he could muster enough courage to do God's will.

Dear friends, God knows you better than you know yourself; He called you out of this world to be a Christian because He trusts you. Therefore, give up all excuses you make to the Lord and be determined to fulfill your mission on earth (Luke 14:18-24).He gave you a gift to bless the rest of the world. Surrender to Him, work with Him, meditate on His Word, and be ready to be used by Him whenever He will. Alleluia! be humble!
