OUT OF SATAN’S DOMAIN: Daily Devotional

OUT OF SATAN’S DOMAIN: Daily Devotional

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son -(Colossians 1:12-13).

By being born again, you were transferred or transferred from the domain of darkness into the kingdom of God. It is the kingdom of life, light and great glory. Satan has no claim on you or anything to do with you because you are not under his jurisdiction. They were called out of Satan's dominion into God's marvelous light: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession; that you may proclaim the virtues of him who called you out of the darkness of into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

Those who have not been born again are gone by nature in bondage to Satan, plagued by life's adversities and horrors, unable to break free.

They are in great darkness with no hope of ever getting out because they live without God. Your only hope is salvation in Christ Jesus.

This should immediately make you think of your family members, friends, business associates, co-workers, and neighbors who have not yet met the Lord. You are God's instrument to lead them to salvation in Christ, to bring them out of darkness and the domain of Satan into the light and glorious liberty of the
children of God.

2 Corinthians 5 , 19 says: “ Namely, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself and not counting their sins against them; and entrusted us with the word of reconciliation.

" No man can save himself; we couldn't have done it alone, and that's why Jesus came.

His vicarious death made salvation possible, and his glorious resurrection made eternal life possible. This makes us superior to Satan and above the elements of this present world of darkness: We have eternal life - the nature of God! Hallelujah!

The Goodness of God - Daily Devotional

Verse: Psalm 100:5 (NIV) - "For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations." Devotional: Today, let us reflect on the profound truth that God is good. His goodness is not contingent on our circumstances, but it remains constant, unwavering, and eternal. In Psalm 100:5, we are reminded that the Lord's goodness is inseparable from His enduring love, and His faithfulness transcends generations. As you begin your day, consider the goodness of God in the light of your own life. Think about the moments when His goodness has been evident, whether through answered prayers, unexpected blessings, or moments of divine guidance. God's goodness surrounds us, and even in challenges, there is a purpose that unfolds through His love. In times of joy, acknowledge the goodness of God with gratitude. In times of trial, trust in His goodness, knowing that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Take a ...

Overflowing Blessings - Daily Devotional

Verse of the Day: Psalm 23:5 (NIV) "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows." Devotional:   As Christians, we are recipients of God's overflowing blessings. Just as a cup overflows when filled to its brim, God's blessings pour into our lives abundantly. In Psalm 23, we see a vivid picture of God's provision and care. The verse reminds us that even in the midst of challenges and adversities, God prepares a table for us, symbolizing His constant provision and protection. God's blessings go beyond our needs. They overflow into every area of our lives—our relationships, work, health, and spiritual growth. But how can we position ourselves to receive these overflowing blessings? 1. Gratitude: Expressing gratitude for what we have opens the door for more blessings. When we appreciate the little things, God honors our thankful hearts. Verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV) "Give thanks in all circu...

Walking By Faith - Daily Devotional

Verse: "For we walk by faith, not by sight." - 2 Corinthians 5:7 (ESV) Devotional: As Christians, our journey is one of faith. We are called to walk by faith, not by what we see or understand with our natural senses. This can be both a challenging and a rewarding path. Walking by faith means trusting in God's promises even when circumstances seem uncertain or difficult. It means believing that God's plan is greater than our understanding. Imagine walking in a dense fog, unable to see more than a few steps ahead. In life, we often face situations where we can't see the road ahead clearly. It's during these moments that our faith is put to the test. But just as a person walking in the fog relies on each step they take, we can rely on God with every step we take in our faith journey. The Bible tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). It's like having a confident assurance in God's promises e...
